The main bonus being that the kettle gets boiled less, which will save you money. While this reduces the electricity bills for many businesses, it’s not the ideal solution for many businesses who need to print things. If you have a large office why not have fewer printers and have them at the end of the workplace. The longer walk to the printer could be enough to discourage employees to print items that aren’t necessary.
